Lost due to shipping: Homegrown Design & Fine Art, LLC. is not liable or responsible for lost or damaged packages in shipping. However, if this happens, please reach out and we’ll find a resolution.

Return Eligibility: The customer assumes responsibility for costs involving re-printing of products due to Customer error, such as typos. Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Refund Process: Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a replacement or providing a refund.
