However, we are not liable for any errors or omissions in the design files provided by you or created by our team.

Production Time

Turnaround time for printing orders varies depending on the complexity and quantity of your order, as well as the printing process chosen. However, we are not responsible for delays or errors caused by shipping carriers.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the printing services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

By placing an order with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your printing requirements, including quantity, specifications, and delivery details.

Payment is required in full before the commencement of production on your order. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and company checks.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds are only applicable to products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to initiate the refund process.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect or damage.

Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

Shipping Costs
